Paul Wells

Paul was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kodak Alaris on 1 April 2022, after serving as Chief Operating Officer over the last two years, and prior to that as Group HR Director since joining KA in 2015.

Paul has previously held various senior HR positions at Nokia, including heading HR for significant businesses, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as the HR Centres of Excellence.

Diane Gardner

Chief Financial Officer

Diane was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Kodak Alaris after a lengthy financial history with Kodak Alaris and Eastman Kodak Company. She has held various senior leadership positions within the finance department recently positioned as the Deputy CFO for one year after holding the VP of Tax and Treasury position for two years.

Nicki drives the overall strategy and execution of Kodak Moments, including the world’s leading self-service retail photo kiosks and award-winning mobile apps. In addition to senior positions within Eastman Kodak Company, Nicki was an industry consultant and independent adviser to private equity firms, specializing in retail and imaging markets.

John O’Reilly

Group General Counsel

and Company Secretary

John is responsible for the global legal and risk compliance functions. He joined Kodak Alaris in 2014 after serving as Assistant General Counsel at Parker Hannifin Corporation. He also held an international legal role at Rolls-Royce. John is a qualified solicitor and worked in private practice for six years in the UK.

Jan Wildman

Group HR Director

Jan was appointed Group HR Director in January 2022, having previously been HR Operations Director for the EMEA and APAC regions, and Head of Global Internal Communications. She has spent the majority of her career in Kodak Alaris and Eastman Kodak Company, in a number of senior leadership positions, mainly within HR.
