Windows Drivers

Installing the scanner drivers from the link on the previous page will install the latest SVT (Scanner Validation Tool), TWAIN Data Source, the latest ISIS Driver and the latest WIA/STI drivers for the i1150, i1190 or i1190E Scanners. These new drivers will also support the Kodak Legal Flatbed Accessory Scanner when attached to a Kodak ScanMate i1150 or i1190/i1190E Scanner.

IMPORTANT – Turn off and unplug the scanner from your PC when installing the new drivers.

Release Notes (English only)

Note: When installing SCANMATE i1150 and i1190/i1190E Scanners or the Flatbed drivers for the first time:

  1. DO NOT connect or power on the scanner or the flatbed to the host PC until the SVT has been installed.
  2. DO NOT uninstall the previous versions of this device driver installation, as this will update the current installation.
  3. Shut down all applications, as the PC will require a reboot to finalize the installation. This will ensure Microsoft's plug and play technology will properly recognize the scanner or flatbed.

User guides are only installed with the full version of the download. Please see the Manuals & Guides section of the product web page for the latest version. The Smart Touch application is only installed with the full version of the download. For updated Smart Touch drivers (if available), click on the Drivers & Software menu button on the product web page or install the CD version of the download.
