Decree No. 2022-748 of 29 April 2022 implements Article 13 of the AGEC law, sets the environmental claims of marketers and requires consumers to be informed about certain environmental characteristics of the products purchased. This information is transmitted in the form of a product sheet of environmental qualities and characteristics.
This display allows the consumer to know, depending on the product, their proportion of recycled material, their recyclability, the presence of hazardous substances, precious metals or rare earths, or their reusability.
