Kodak Alaris Enhances Global Document Imaging Services with Acquisition of US&C Service Business from Eastman Park Micrographics

Kodak Alaris has acquired the United States and Canada (US&C) service business of Eastman Park Micrographics, Inc. (EPM) and Imaging411. This acquisition strengthens Kodak Alaris’ ability to offer global services for document scanners, software and micrographics equipment. Why did Kodak Alaris purchase the US&C service business of EPM?

In the US&C, EPM provides service for document scanners, software and micrographic equipment to a loyal base of customers and partners which will enhance Kodak Alaris’ service business. Based on Kodak Alaris’ experience as the worldwide service provider to EPM’s customers outside the US&C and our prior experience with the EPM business when it was part of Eastman Kodak Company, we anticipate a successful transition.

Kodak Alaris customers will continue to enjoy the excellent support that they’ve experienced with our service business over the years. EPM customers will also benefit from Kodak Alaris’ service breadth and experience for scanner and micrographics customers and products.

Kodak Alaris intends to honor current supply agreements.
